Teflon Joint Sealant
Our Teflon Joint Sealant is a form-in-place gasketing solution made from 100% expanded PTFE. Soft, flexible, and easy to install, it conforms to virtually any sealing surface — including rough, warped, or irregular flanges — providing a tight, leak-proof seal even under extreme conditions.
With excellent chemical resistance, high thermal stability (up to 500°F), and low creep and cold flow, our joint sealant is a reliable alternative to traditional cut gaskets. It’s ideal for use in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, pulp and paper, and power generation industries.

ePTFE Sheets

25% Glass-filled Sheets
Our 25% Glass-Filled PTFE Sheets are reinforced with glass fibers to deliver enhanced mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability compared to standard PTFE. Etched PTFE Sheets
We offer etching services on any of our PTFE sheets. This chemical etching process alters one or both sides of the sheet, allowing it to securely bond to metals, rubber, and other substrates using adhesives — without sacrificing PTFE’s superior properties.
